1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sivo Health platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Telehealth Services

Sivo Health provides an online platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations, prescription management, and wellness services. Our services do not replace emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a state where our providers are licensed to practice. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Medical Disclaimers

The information provided through our platform is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment decisions are made by your licensed provider based on your individual health assessment. Sivo Health does not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Prescription Services

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of licensed providers. Not all conditions or medications are appropriate for telehealth treatment. Providers may decline to prescribe based on their medical judgment.

7. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refund policies are outlined in your subscription agreement. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with HIPAA regulations for the protection of your health information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Sivo Health and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sivo Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

*The assessment made available on the Sivo Health website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and Sivo Health. A licensed clinician will review your medical history and meet with you to determine if you qualify for a prescription. Clinicians retain the sole decision to prescribe medications to patients.

*Compounded medications (such as compounded GLP-1s) are produced in FDA-regulated and state-licensed compounding facilities. Although these facilities are highly regulated, compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality by the FDA. The decision to use compounded drugs is guided by the licensed provider's medical judgment.

*Results vary based on starting weight, metabolism, and program adherence. Medications may not be suitable for everyone. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any weight loss or hormone therapy program.
